Mik is a storyteller currently living in the PNW.

​

Her work mainly consists of abstract or poetic zines and comics that center around themes of mental illness, human connections, internal landscapes, and the whimsy in everyday life.
 

Within her work, she hopes people find a space where they can engage with narratives of what it really is to be human and deepen their own connections with the people and the world around them.

 

In the past she has shown work at multiple zine fests and exhibitions, worked as a composer and set designer/painter, been an assistant mural artist, and performed as a musician in multiple projects.

 

When not working on stories and projects she can be found aspiring to be a space pirate, obsessively playing Stardew Valley, and eating way too much bread.
